Matt Thompson, our IT Lead, will discuss the dangers that our tech life can bring upon us and our families. Experience an teaching, instruction, prayer and encouragement to help make the most of a digital fast. 

WANT TO DO A DIGITAL FAST? HERE ARE SOME SUGGECTIONS:

* Only use your phone for text and phone calls 

* Computers are only allowed for work 

* Block all your apps and browsers 

* Fast from all other devices: 

> TV, Tablet, Computers

> Movie Theatre, Video Games  

* Take time from your digital engagement to:  

> Expand your time with the Lord  

> Read Scripture with your bible 

> Journal daily your experience 

> Engage people/family 

> Play board games  

> Read a book 

* Expand your prayer time, ask the Lord to speak to you during this time 

* Do the digital fast with another person

* Be held accountable 

* Pray for one another  

* Attend Saturday Night Prayer. Ask the Lord to use and prepare you for Worship the next day 

* Write out a game plan moving forward 

* Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to fill you and to move you to the next level with Him
