If you have already taken our Cultivate Leadership Essentials "Leading Self" class, don't stop there! Learn tools and principles for Leading Others in this 4-week course where you will learn: How to Lead Multi-ethnic Teams, Effective Communication, Navigating Obstacles, and How to Be a Leader that People Want to Follow. Expect dynamic teaching, interactive lessons, small group activities, and vibrant discussions.

The first step to being an effective leader is learning to lead yourself. This four session leadership class will help you clarify your values, learn about your strengths and abilities, and decide which opportunities to purse. This encouraging environment will give you the freedom to make plans and stick to them!
