Community Groups prioritize spiritual formation and growth through prayer, Bible reading and study, and spiritual discussions.

What is a Community Group?

When do Community Groups meet?
  • Each group decides when they meet. They usually meet once a week, or twice a month (every other week). There is at least one group meeting on any given day of the week. So you have options when choosing a group based on your availability. Groups also meet at a variety of times, morning, or evening.

  • Being in a Community Group is a great way to grow in your faith, increase your knowledge of the Bible, get to know other KCC-ers in a more informal and personal way, have a support group during hard times, and a group to enjoy the joys of life. Community Groups also seek to serve the community by volunteering periodically for various service projects at KCC.

  • Once you complete the Community Group interest form, you will be placed in a group that most closely fits your preferences.

  • KCC does not provide childcare for Community Group meetings but those groups with families are welcomed to develop their own children’s programming, rotation of childcare, etc. within their group.
Do I have to be a member of KCC to be in a Community Group?
  • No. KCC Community Groups are open to anyone. However, the lead facilitator must be a member of KCC.
