Wesleyan Native American Ministries

|
| Nearly 500 years since the first European missionary came to evangelize Native North Americans, fewer than 10% follow Christ today. Many believe it is as low as five or three percent. Natives are an "un-reached people group" living right here in North America. |
Since 1948, Wesleyan Native American Ministries (WNAM) has worked to improve the lives of Natives, and share the life-changing message of Jesus Christ, through:
- Education - by operating several schools for Native children.
- Ministerial training and preparation - by equipping Native people to be pastors and church leaders.
- Church planting - by starting new churches in Native communities, where they can worship God in the context of their culture.
- Compassionate outreaches - by helping low-income families meet their basic needs, learn life skills and earn a living.

| Please pray for WNAM's director (and former KCC pastor), Rev. Rich Avery, as he inspires and equips Wesleyan Churches across North America to reach out to Natives living in their communities through compassionate ministries. |
